The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods is a 119-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. We are located on the 53+ acre campus of The Fountains in a beautiful residential Sarasota neighborhood. We offer both private and semi-private rooms and accept Medicare, Medicaid, multiple insurances and private pay patients. Health Park, Sarasota Memorial and Doctors hospitals are all a short drive away.

Our staff possesses over 100 years of collective experience and strive to provide top-quality, personalized short-stay rehabilitation, and long-term care in a warm, upscale, homelike setting. The rehabilitation department consists of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, with the common goal of excellent patient care and healing in the fastest, yet safest manner.
